Return, Refund & Satisfaction Policy

Brokenwood Mystic Farms

At Brokenwood Mystic Farms, every product is handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. Because of the nature of personal care products, we maintain clear and fair policies to protect quality, safety, and transparency.


All Sales of Personal Care Products Are Final

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, personal care products are final sale.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Soap

  • Lotions, creams, and body butters

  • Salves and balms

  • Oils (beard, hair, body)

  • Bath products and skincare items

We do not accept returns of opened, used, or partially used products.


Satisfaction Guarantee (Quality-Based)

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship, not individual preference.

If your order arrives with a verifiable quality issue, such as:

  • Incorrect item shipped

  • Damage during transit

  • Manufacturing defect

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we may offer one of the following, at our discretion:

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

  • Refund to the original payment method


What Is NOT Covered by the Satisfaction Guarantee

The following are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement:

  • Opened or used products (unless damaged on arrival)

  • Scent preference or fragrance strength

  • Texture, color variation, or natural ingredient variation

  • Personal reaction or sensitivity

  • Change of mind

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Limited-run products

  • Approved scent requests

  • Wholesale, resale, or bulk orders

Natural variation is part of handcrafted production and does not constitute a defect.


Limited Runs & Approved Scent Requests

Products made as:

  • Limited runs

  • Approved scent requests

  • Test batches or experimental releases

Are final sale once production begins.

Approved scent requests remain Brokenwood-formulated and Brokenwood-branded and are not custom manufacturing or private-label products.


Shipping-Related Issues

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Carrier delays are outside our control

  • Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for refund due to theft or loss

If an item arrives damaged, see the Satisfaction Guarantee section above.


Wholesale, Resale & Bulk Orders

Wholesale, resale, and bulk purchases:

  • Are final sale

  • Are not eligible for retail satisfaction guarantees

  • Are governed by separate wholesale terms when applicable


How to Request Support

All return, refund, or satisfaction inquiries must be submitted by email:

  • Order number

  • Full name used on the order

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos if applicable

Requests submitted outside stated timeframes will not be considered.


Chargebacks & Policy Abuse

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:

  • Denial of future service

  • Account restrictions

We maintain detailed production, fulfillment, and shipping records.


Policy Enforcement

Brokenwood Mystic Farms reserves the right to:

  • Deny claims that do not meet policy requirements

  • Limit or refuse service in cases of repeated abuse

  • Update this policy at any time without prior notice
